The user is informed that the personal data and information provided to the companies responsible for the treatment will be treated according to the following purposes depending on the way in which they have been provided:
- Respond to the queries raised in the Contact Form.
- Register on the web to access the courses on the web page.

Each will have a specific data retention period.
- In the queries raised through the Contact Forms, once your query is resolved, your data will be erased in six months.
- In the Registration Form, your consent will be valid until its revocation, of which you will have the possibility whenever you wish.
- In the Newsletter, your consent will be valid until its revocation, of which you will have the possibility at each delivery.
Likewise, we inform you that, regardless of the aforementioned periods, we will keep your data during the mandatory limitation periods in order to comply with our legal obligations, for the management of our rights (file or defend, where appropriate, a claim) , also applying the provisions of the corporate regulations regarding the periods of files and retention of documentation.
5. Recipients of the data: assignees and treatment managers.
We inform you that your data will not be communicated to third parties, except legal obligation. Additionally, we inform you that, in certain cases, we can communicate your data to other entities (including companies of the DENTAID group) that provide us with services of communication, marketing, digital media and social media agencies, which help us to provide our services in a efficient and always under the protection of current regulations and, with which, in their capacity as managers of data processing owned by DENTAID, and in accordance with the provisions of article 28 GDPR, a contract has been formalized that legitimizes access of said entities to personal data and that includes the obligations that must be contemplated in the treatment.
6. Rights of the interested party.
Finally, we inform you that you have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected.
In certain circumstances, you: (i) may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims; (ii) for reasons related to your particular situation, you may oppose the processing of your data, in which case those responsible for the treatment will stop treating them except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims; and, if you have provided your consent for a specific purpose, (iii) you may withdraw, where appropriate, your consent at any time, which will not affect the legality of the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
Likewise, you will have the right to receive the personal data that concerns you that you have provided to those responsible for the treatment, in a structured format, of common use and mechanical reading, and to transmit them to another person responsible for the treatment without the controllers of the treatment being able to prevent it. In this sense, you may request that those responsible for the treatment transmit directly, if technically possible, the personal data to the person responsible for the treatment that you indicate in your communication.
